About to enter graduate school at the School of Visual Arts, I decided I needed to brush up on my graphic design history. I figured if writing information helps you memorize, then designing a poster out of information must make you a master... here's hoping.
I started the series with a chart outlining the evolution of handwriting to printed type. While I wasn't able to use all of the text from the original document, I was able to make the history more balanced by adding non-Western developments that were missing from the original timeline.
